1950s Women’s Halter Top & Bolero Vintage Knitting Pattern

A lovely 1950s knitting pattern for a fitted halter-neck sweater with a low back and matching long-sleeved bolero. The two pieces can be worn together as a set or separately, making this a very wearable vintage design.

Originally knitted in 3-ply yarn on UK No. 10 (3.25 mm) and No. 12 (2.75 mm) needles. You could also try 4-ply yarn, but check your tension first and adjust the needle size if necessary.

To fit: 34–36 inch (86–91 cm) bust

Halter Top: 5 oz (150g) 3-ply yarn
Bolero: 11 oz (315g) 3-ply yarn
