We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors.
1.5 Shipping, Customs & Delivery
We ship worldwide where possible; delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon shipment unless local law requires otherwise.
1.6 Returns & Refunds (Physical Items)
Given the nature of printed patterns, items, sales are generally final.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt for help.
Return eligibility, where allowed, is determined case-by-case.
1.7 Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by My Vintage Wish or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use.
You may print or save the files for your own use.
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, sharing, or sublicensing of the files (in whole or part) is not permitted unless we agree in writing.
2.2 Delivery & Access
Downloads are typically available after payment confirmation via a secure link or account area.
Links may expire or have reasonable download limits to prevent abuse.
Please keep your own backup; we cannot guarantee perpetual access.
2.3 Refunds for Digital Items
Because digital items are delivered instantly, all digital sales are generally final.
If a file is defective, corrupted, or not as described, contact us within 14 days; we will attempt to repair, replace, or otherwise provide a fair remedy consistent with applicable consumer laws (including EU/UK digital content rights where relevant).
2.4 Prohibited Conduct
No re-uploading, file-sharing, or distributing the files publicly or privately.
No claiming the digital content as your own or removing source attribution where provided.
No using the files for unlawful, defamatory, or infringing purposes.

If you have trouble accessing a download, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
