Haslam Illustrated Book of Drafting No. 10 is an extensive 1930s collection covering everyday clothing, tailoring and evening wear, together with nightwear and designs for both children and men.

The book includes dresses and evening dresses, coats and evening coats, suits, blouses and skirts, nightwear and selected children’s garments, together with a gentleman’s tunic shirt. It offers an unusually broad selection for creating both everyday and more formal 1930s clothing.

The foundation drafting system is included within this book, allowing the designs to be drafted to individual measurements. You will still need the Haslam Drafting Boards to complete the drafting process.

Rather than using ready-sized sewing patterns, the Haslam System of Dresscutting allows you to create each garment from the foundation and adapt the design to your own measurements.
