Haslam Illustrated Book of Drafting No. 7 is the special 1937 Coronation Edition, offering a particularly varied collection of fashions from the latter half of the 1930s.

The book includes afternoon and summer dresses, coats and suits, blouses, tennis wear and a practical smock. It gives a lovely cross-section of 1930s clothing, from smart day dresses and tailored outfits to more relaxed summer and sporting styles.

The foundation drafting system is included within this book, allowing the designs to be drafted to individual measurements. You will still need the Haslam Drafting Boards to complete the drafting process.

Rather than using ready-sized sewing patterns, the Haslam System of Dresscutting allows you to create each garment from the foundation and adapt the design to your own measurements.
