1940s Bolero and Cardigan DK Knitting Pattern

Get two patterns in one with this versatile DK knitting design, featuring a bolero with long
or short sleeves plus a matching cardigan. The short-sleeved bolero shown on the cover
can be finished with a brushed texture, left smooth, or worked in Lyscord cotton, full
instructions are included. The cardigan uses the same yarn options for a coordinated
look.

The bolero fits a 34–36 inch bust and uses approx 7–10 oz (198–284 g) of yarn. The
cardigan is written in three sizes (33–35, 36–38, and 39–41 inch bust) and uses 15–
18 oz (425–510 g) depending on size and yarn.

Worked on 3.75 mm and 3.00 mm needles. Vintage needle sizes are used, and a
modern conversion chart is included.

Tension is 6 stitches and 8 rows to one inch.
