Description

This Russian ‘Cossack-Style” Jumper is very warm to wear, and the ribbed and moss-stitchp
pattern gives it a very slimming effect. It has a high collar, breast pocket, and is
trimmed with large buttons down one side and finished with a belt.

The original yarn used was 10 ozs. (284g) of George Anderton & Son’s Super Botany
Fingering. A pair of No. 9 (3.75mm) needle. 6 buttons, a buckle and press studs.

PLEASE NOTE:
I can’t find any reference to this yarn, but going on tension my best guess would be a
4 ply. Knit a tension square in an oddment of 4 ply before buying yarn or commencing
this pattern, as this is only a guess and should not to be taken literally.

TENSION: 6 sts. to 1 inch in width and 8 rows to 1 inch in depth.

The sweater will fit a 35-36

Please note you are buying a copy of the pattern, not the original or the finished garments
