1930s Knitted Skirt and Cardigan Suit Pattern – Bust 34–35″

A smart 1930s knitted two-piece suit with a fitted cardigan-style jumper and matching skirt. The jumper buttons right up to the neck and can be finished with either purchased buttons or crocheted buttons made to match.

The skirt is worked in two pieces in a wide rib, giving it the long, streamlined shape so characteristic of 1930s knitwear.

The original yarn used was 19 oz (540g) of W.B. Melody 4 ply for the complete outfit.

Tension is 6 stitches to 1 inch.

To fit a 34–35 inch bust.
