1940s Ladies Tyrolean Button-Up Jumper Knitting and Crochet Pattern Bust 34–35

This 1940s Tyrolean style button-up jumper is knitted in reverse stocking stitch, featuring an
elegant diamond pattern worked in textured bobble stitch across the front panels. The borders
are finished in contrasting pink and green crochet, with delicate pink crocheted flowers stitched
neatly into each diamond motif for a decorative vintage look.

The original design was knitted using Lister’s Lavenda Wool 3-ply yarn. To complete the garment,
approximately 9 oz of white yarn is required, along with 1 oz of pink and ½ oz of green. The pattern
calls for one pair each of UK size 10 and 12 knitting needles, plus a medium crochet hook for the
decorative edging and floral details.
