1940s Weldons Blouse Sewing Pattern – Two Styles – Bust 32″ or 36″

An easy-to-make 1940s blouse pattern from Weldons, with two quite different styles to choose from.

The short-sleeved version buttons neatly to the neck and is finished with pretty lace trim around the collar, front opening and sleeves. The second has long sleeves and an open neckline with a smart rever collar, giving it a slightly more tailored look. Both have gathered yoke detailing to add shape and interest.

As with many of the Weldons So-Easy patterns, no specific fabrics are suggested. Cotton, viscose or rayon would all work well, depending on whether you prefer a crisper finish or something with a softer drape.
