The jacket has a textured finish, complete with a classic rever collar and practical front pockets,

This pattern is sized to fit a 34-inch bust.

The original jacket was knitted in Copley’s 4-ply Excelsior Wool, using approximately 13oz (369g)
of yarn, with No. 9 (3.75mm) and No. 10 (3.25mm) needles, and finished with 13 buttons and
shoulder pads. The skirt requires 11oz (312g) of the same yarn, worked on a No. 9 (3.75mm)
circular needle, along with a length of elastic and a No. 12 (2.75mm) crochet hook for finishing.

Tension is 6½ stitches and 8½ rows to one square inch on No. 9 (3.75mm) needles, worked in
smooth fabric.
