1940’s Vintage Knitting Pattern | One Piece Swimsuit in Two-sizes

This classic one-piece swimsuit knitting pattern features neat contrast edging and is
ideal for lazy summer days. The instructions are provided for two sizes, and you can
adjust slightly larger by changing needle sizes, making sure to check your tension first.

For size small, the measurements are 30–32 inch bust, 31–33 inch hip, with a length
of 19 inches from the centre front to the crotch. For medium, the measurements are
34–36 inch bust, 35–37 inch hip, with a length of 20.5 inches.

You will need 5 oz (142 g) of the main shade yarn and 1 oz (29 g) of a contrast shade
in 3 ply patonised shrink resist. The pattern also calls for a pair of No. 12 needles
and a medium crochet hook.
