1930s Tuck-In Blouse & Pleated Skirt Sewing Pattern

A smart blouse and skirt pattern with some lovely construction details, particularly the gathered shoulder yoke and narrow panel detailing.

The tuck-in blouse has a Peter Pan collar and gathers below the shoulder yoke, with a narrow front panel stitched at the sides. It can be made with full bishop sleeves or short sleeves finished with turn-back cuffs.

The skirt has a narrow centre front panel, with the fullness on either side released into pleats.

Suitable fabrics include soft wool flannel, linen, piqué and cotton.
