1930s Lace Pattern Jumper Knitting Pattern – Square Neck & Short Sleeves

Price range: £3.99 through £6.99

A pretty little jumper from 1935 with an interesting combination of lace patterning and moss stitch. The shaped front panel gives the design a lovely fitted look, while the square neckline has a small slit at each side, adding an unusual finishing detail. Short sleeves and a deep ribbed waistband complete the look.

A lovely choice for wearing with a high-waisted skirt or trousers, and just as wearable today as it was in the 1930s.

Originally knitted in 7 oz (200g) of Patons Beehive or Super Scotch Fingering 3-ply wool, using old UK No. 9 (3.75mm) and No. 12 (2.75mm) needles.

Tension: 2 pattern repeats measure 3½ inches.

Size: To fit a 33 inch bust.
