1930s Knitted Vamp Style Vest and Panties Pattern | Women’s Vintage Lingerie Bust 32–34

This 1930s knitted lingerie set includes a fitted vest with a low-cut back and softly shaped cups, paired with matching ribbed panties. Knitted entirely in rib, the design has plenty of natural stretch, giving a close, comfortable fit while creating the smooth silhouette that was so fashionable during the decade.

The original pattern does not specify an exact size, but the ribbed construction allows for considerable flexibility and should comfortably fit approximately a 32–34 inch bust. The vest measures 27 inches from the shoulder to the lower front edge and 22 inches to the lower back edge. The panties measure 18½ inches from the waist to the lower back edge.

Originally worked in Sirdar Super Shetland 3-ply, the pattern uses No. 10 and No. 12 knitting needles, with a crochet hook for the finishing details.
