A charming simple jumper from 1940. The front and back are identical, worked in wide rib with
stocking stitch yokes, which are embroidered with satin stitch spots for a delicate finish.

  • Original Yarn: Totum Knitting Wool (equivalent to DK / 8 ply)
  • Needles: Old UK sizes No. 5 (5.5mm) and No. 7 (4.5mm)
  • Yarn Amount: 8 oz. (approx. 230g)
  • Size: To fit 32–34 inch bust
  • Tension:
    • 5.5 stitches = 1 inch over un-stretched rib (No. 5 needles)
    • 4.5 stitches = 1 inch over yoke
