1930s Evening or Tea Dress Sewing Pattern

This 1930s dress pattern gives you two quite different looks from the same design.

The evening version has tiered cape sleeves, a tie collar and a graceful ankle-length skirt, giving it a softer, more formal appearance. The day dress is shorter and simpler, with long sleeves finished with ties at the wrists and no collar.

Suggested fabrics include plaid chiffon, printed organdie, eyelet cotton, printed voile, crepe Romaine and plaid taffeta.

To fit a 40 in (102 cm) bust and 43 in (109 cm) hip.
