A Pretty sweater from the 1930’s. Worked entirely
in rib it gives a good shape and flatters your figure.
The original colours used were Turquoise for the
main sweater and chocolate brown used for the
Bow and Belt which has turquoise spots worked in.
The font is fastened with press studs and the
buttons added for decoration.

The original yarn used was: 8 ozs. (approx 230g)
(Patons & Baldwins 3 ply Super-Scotch Fingering
in main colour and 2 ozs. (approx 57g) in contrast.
Pair of No. 10 (3.25mm) needles. A No. 10 (3.25mm)
Hook. Press studs and 10 buttons approx size 20mm

TENSION: 7 sts. to 1 inch in width and 10 rows to
1 inch in depth

The needles are old sizes so I have included a
conversion chart to help
