A nice plain or printed Blouse with draped neckline
that ties into a loose pussy bow with 3/4 length
kimono sleeves. Dress it up or down depending on
the occasion. Satin, silk or light drape fabrics like
viscose would work best.
The introduction is in English, which explains what
the blouse is and fabrics and pattern pieces. The
actual Making Instructions are in French. You can
easily use one of the free online translation sites to
help, I use them all the time for this and have had
no problems so far.

to get you started.
