Description
A fitted style sweater from the 1950’s It has a ribbed
midsection, ribbed shoulder yokes and a bloused bust
section, which gives it the fitted style and can be knitted
with short or three-quarter length sleeves. Worked in
3 ply on No. 9 and 12 needles (old sizes) and takes
between 6 to 9 oz of yarn depending on the size or
sleeve option being knitted.
Tension is 7.5 sts. to one inch
Measurements: Three sizes included: Bust 34 – 36 or 38 inch
The needles are old sizes so I have included a conversion
chart for reference to modern sizes.
