Description
A Short waisted Raglan sleeve cardigan from the
1950’s, with wide ribbed welts and a V-neck. The
larger size is achieved by simply changing needles
up one size.
MEASUREMENTS: To fit a 34 Bust with instructions
for changing to a 36 Bust.
The original yarn used was 11 ozs. (approx 312g) of
Lister Lavenda D.K. Pair each of No. 6 (5mm) and
No. 8 (4mm) needles for the 34 Bust. A Pair each
No. 5 (5.5mm) and No. 8 (4mm) needles for the
36 Bust. 4 Buttons
TENSION: 9 sts. and 13 rows to 2 inches after
lightly pressing
The needles are old UK sizes so I have included a
conversion chart to help
