Description
This Cable Twin Set from 1944 comprises of a cardigan and short sleeved
or sleeveless jumper. The set is worked in 3 ply on No. 9 and 12 (old UK size)
needles.
You will need 8oz. (230g) – 9oz (approx 260g) of 3 ply each for the cardigan
and long sleeve jumper; 6oz (approx 170g) – 7oz (200g) for the short sleeve
jumper; 4oz (120g) – 5oz (145g) for the sleeveless jumper.
Two sizes to fit:
30-32 and 33-35 inch Bust.
TENSION: 7.5 sts. to an inch
The needles are old sizes so I have included a conversion chart for
reference to modern sizes.
