Description

During the 1940’s wartime era lots of fashion items
disappeared from the scene and more practical
clothing was sought. This pattern is cleverly cut to
make the most of the shortages in fabric during
rationing, but still give a feminine silhouette. There
are little changes in the design, like adding a belt
or fancy clips or a zip, that turns one dress into three!

There are no fabric suggestions, but Poplin, Woollens,
Lightweight tweeds, Lightweight suiting, Crepe and
Rayons would work fairly well.

To fit Bust 36 ins. – Hip 39 ins.

The pattern comes with Instructions and a helpful
sewing guide.
