Paper Version
A simple skirt from the 1940’s wartime era. Easy
to make with a kick pleat to the front. It has no
waistband just faced with petersham and fastened
with a zipper or press studs.
It’s a 2 piece pattern that could be easily graded to
another size. There are full instructions to make,
including a helpful guide on fitting and adjusting.
Size to fit: Waist 28 ins. Hip 37 ins.
Suggested fabric: Flannel, Rayon, Suiting and
Novelty woolens
