Description
The Perfect Misses Dress from 1940. Style I has a double collar and a
slide fastener trims the front. Flaps below the shoulder and at the hip
line make a decorative trimming. Long sleeves are darted at the top.
Style II has short sleeves, pleated at the bottom and darted at the top.
A single collar used.
Suggested fabrics
Style I: Bengaline, Hop-sacking weaves, moss crepe,
novelty silk, wool jersey, sheer wool.
Style II: Plain or printed: Cottons, Linen, Shantung,
Spun rayons, Rayon crepe, Silk crepe.
To fit: Bust 36 ins. – Waist 30 ins. – Hip 39 ins.
