A men’s Trouser pattern from the 1930/40’s. The
basic trouser is fairly easy to make, but you will
need to be experienced to make the pockets
and tackle the button fly. Instead of making the
button fly you could replace with a zip. The bottoms
of the trousers are finished with turn ups, but you
could just have a straight hem.
These early patterns did not have any seams allowed,
so you will have to add those yourself at the time of
The waist measurement for these trousers is 40″
There are no fabric suggestions but Tweeds, Flannel,
Linen and Suiting.
