1940’s Jacket and Matching Skirt PDF Knitting Pattern

49 in stock

I really love this one. It’s worked mainly in
stocking stitch with garter stitch bands at
the front of the Jacket trimmed with little
bows. All the edges are finished with crochet.
So you will need some experience.

The skirt is worked in 4 panels on two needles
so a fairly simple knit.

To fit Bust 32-34 ins. Waist 26 ins.

The original yarn used was either Sunbeam
crochet or Sun-Glo shrink proof or Wigla
4 ply fingering wool. 19 ozs. for the short
sleeve or 21 ozs. for the long sleeves. 2 oz
of contrast. Pair each 10 (3.25) and 12 (2.75)
needles. A medium crochet hook for finishing.

TENSION: 13 sts and 17 rows to 2 inches

The pattern comes as one easy to download
and print PDF
