Description
This delightful twin set has the front and back of the jumper knitted
in a simple Fair Isle pattern in three contrasting shades and the main
colour. The jumper sleeves and borders are in the main colour to
match the neatly shaped cardigan.
Worked in 3 ply on No. 10 and 12 needles.
TENSION: over the pattern 17 sts. to 2 inches and 9 rows to 1 inch.
Over the plain stocking-stitch of cardigan 8 sts. and 10 rows to
1 inch
MEASUREMENTS:
Jumper, round underarms 31 ins. stretching to 33 ins. Bust
Cardigan, round underarms buttoned up about 34 ins Bust
The needles are old sizes so I have included a conversion chart for
reference to modern sizes.
