1930’s Swagger Coat PDF Sewing Pattern Bust 36

A Swagger style coat from the 1930s. The coat is
straight fitting, unlined and has a round yoke with
buttonholes at the mitred fronts. You could easily
line the whole coat as the pattern is that simple.

The pattern has been re-drafted in it’s original size
which is 36 Bust

With these early patterns there are No seam allowances,
so you will need to add these at the time of cutting out,
Instructions included.

There are no fabric suggestions but, Suiting, Coat
Fabrics, Linen would work well, nothing too heavy.

You will need: 1-7/8 yards of 54″ wide or 1.56m
of 137cm wide suitable fabric

The pattern comes with written Instructions and a
helpful sewing guide.

The pattern is easy to download and has numbered
pages, which are simple to assemble.

When printing the pattern from the PDF, you must
choose actual size. Otherwise your pattern will
come out the wrong. It is set up to print for both
US letter and A4.
