Description

Another pretty jumper from 1938, with a fancy panel
front and back and matching sleeves, the rest in
Garter Stitch. There are instructions for both short
and long sleeves.

The original yarn used was Sirdar Super Shetland
Wool 2 ply. 4oz (approx 115g) for the short sleeve
and 5oz (approx 142g) for the long sleeve. Pair each
No. 10 and 12 (old UK) needles for the short sleeve
version and a pair of No. 11 (old UK) for the long
sleeve.

Tension: 8 sts. to the inch in width on Garter stitch
with No.10 (old UK) Needles.

This one I think will fit a 34-35 Bust.

These patterns don’t give specific bust measurements
just a chart showing widths across the knitted sections.
