Description
One piece trunk style 1930’s bathing suit. A typical
style for the era with a bra (minus the straps) inserted
on the inside of the suit to give it shape and modesty
Measurements:
Length from top of shoulder to lower edge 28 inches
Width to fit 34 inch Bust
Materials needed:
7oz (200g) 3ply fingering ‘Patonised’ (Shrink resistant)
I pair each Nos.12 and 14 needles
1 set of 4 double point No. 14 needles
1 cotton brassiere for lining the bust of the Bathing suit.
You could also use preformed bra cups you can buy for
swimwear, they would work too.
