A pretty loose-fitting Cardigan Jumper from 1937.
It’s worked in a pretty lace stitch up to the yokes
and then the rest of the way in moss stitch. The
sleeves are worked in the same manner. The collar
is also in moss stitch.
The original yarn used was: * ozs. (approx 232g) of
Golden Eagle Lustre Suede 3 ply. A pair each No.13
(2.25mm) and No. 10 (3.25mm) needles. 9 Buttons.
To Fit a: 34/35 Bust
TENSION: 7 sts. to an inch in moss stitch
The needles are old U.K sizes so I have included a
conversion chart to help.
