Description
Stocking stitch and Double Crochet are the simple
stitches that make this Jumper, Hat, and scarf.
The jumper is mainly in stocking stitch with a
contrast inset center front. The Scarf is knitted
with d.c finishing and the hat is knitted with a
crocheted brim. The little round spangles are
crocheted and then added after.
Width all round, below sleeves 32 inches, so will
probably stretch up to a 33-34 bust.
The original yarn used was: 11 ozs. (312g) Baldwin
and Walkers 3 ply Ladyship Scotch Fingering,
9 ozs. (256g) in Navy and 2 ozs (57g) Red. A Pair
each No. 10 (3.25mm) and No. 13 (2.25mm)
needles. A set of No. 10 double point needles
for working the hat. A No. 10 (3.25mm) Crochet
hook, and a stitch holder.
Tension for knitting: 14 sts. and 20 rows to
one inch. Tension for d.c 11 stitches to 2 inches
in width.

conversion chart to help
The pattern comes as one easy to download and
