Description

A Charming little hat knitted in 2 pieces. The crown
is worked on 3 needles in stocking stich and the
brim is worked in moss stitch on two needles giving
it a firm feel. You finish the edge of the brim with
crochet, enclosing millinery wire to give a firm edge.
The whole hat is then finished by adding two little
pom-poms at the back.

The scarf is worked on 2 needles in a combination
of garter stitch and an open work style pattern at the ends.

Materials required: Lister’s 3 ply Lavenda, 5oz (142g) in
main colour and 1oz each of other colours for pom
poms. Set of 4 No. 10 needles (3.25) and a No. 10
crochet hook.

The needles are old sizes so I have included a conversion
chart for reference to modern sizes.

The pattern comes as one easy to download and print PDF
