1930’s Three Piece Suit, comprising of Cape, skirt
and blouse. The cape and skirt were worked in
Fleisher’s Bretton Tweed (which I can find no
reference to but going on needles size think it
was probably a 4/5 ply and the Blouse in French
Zephyr which was probably a 3/4 ply again
going on needles size.
Please don’t take my word for it always check
with various yarns to see which one works best
to the tension given.
The cape is worked on No. 4 needles (US) 3.75mm
The skirt is worked on a circular needle No. 4
(US) 3.75mm. The blouse is worked on No. 3 (US)
3.5mm. You will also need to crochet for the
6 sts to 1 inch over 10 rows Cape and skirt
Size to fit:
