The Party Dress has cape layered sleeves, a tie collar and ankle
length skirt, while for general daytime wear it may be made
collarless, with long sleeves and in a shorter length.
Fabric suggestions: Plaid chiffon, Printed Organdy, Eyelet Cottons,
Printed Voile, Crepe Romaine and Plaid Taffeta
