Description

Pretty Fancy stitch jumper with an Eton collar
from the 1920’s.It’s worked in a fancy stitch
throughout and finished with tiny pearl buttons
between the collar.

It’s worked in either ‘Mousette’ Cotton Boucle
twist or Tulip wool. I can find no reference to
these yarns as they are so old but would think
a 3/4 ply would work well. You’ll need 14 oz (397g)
Needle Size is No. 10 (3.25mm) You will also need
a bone crochet hook for finishing and 8 tiny
pearl buttons.

MATERIALS: 8 oz (227g) 3 ply Scotch fingering
and a hank of embroidery wool

Measurements:
Shoulder to lower edge 24.5 inches when hemmed.
Round lower edge 42 inches Sleeve seam including
cuff 18 inches

The needles and hooks are old sizes, so I have included
a helpful chart to help
