Description
The Sleeveless Evening frock from 1929 is made with a foundation dress in silk or similar and overdress in net or tulle.
The underbodice is a bandeau style with shoulder straps and the net overskirt
is attached to the foundation skirt in two layers, alternating the hanky hem. The two parts are
brought together with a low waistband.
There are no seams allowed on these early patterns, but the details on adding are in the Instructions.
